FAQ

Is DJSF1352-D-600 MID certified?

Yes, this model has passed EU MID certification, Certificate No.: 0598/MID/B/25/003, compliant with EN 50470-4 standard, suitable for billing purposes in the European market.

What is the maximum measuring current?

The DJSF1352-D-600 has a maximum measuring current of 600A with direct connection, complying with EN 50470-4 standard.

How to configure reverse voltage or current connection?

In the menu, go to “IN” -> “NEg.U” or “NEg.I” and set it to “on”. If not set, the reading may appear negative.

What communication protocols does the meter support?

It supports Modbus-RTU, DL/T 645-2007, and DL/T 698 protocols. Default baud rate 9600, no parity, 1 stop bit.

How to wire the display module?

Connect via RJ12 interface. Supports 1 display module + 1 energy meter, or 1 display module + 2 energy meters. See section 4.4 of the manual for wiring diagrams.

Can the meter be used outdoors?

Yes. The meter operates at -40℃ to +70℃, storage -40℃ to +70℃, humidity ≤95% non-condensing, suitable for outdoor cabinet installation.

How to change the device address?

Set it in the menu “bUS” -> “Addr”, range 1-247. Save and restart to take effect.

What are the recommended terminal screw torques?

M2 terminal: 0.2N·m; M3 screw: 0.5N·m; M10 screw: 25N·m. Use a torque wrench to tighten according to specifications.

What is the difference between line loss energy and lossless energy?

Line loss energy is the energy lost in the lines; lossless energy is the net energy after deducting line losses. The sum of the two equals the total energy.

How to enter the parameter setting menu?

Press and hold the confirm button on any display screen to enter the “PASS” interface. Enter the password (default 0001) to access parameter settings. Press and hold the confirm button to save and exit after configuration.
