Function

FunctionDescription
Multi-Circuit DC MeasurementMeasures DC voltage, current, power, and energy for up to 12 single-phase circuits. Voltage range: DC -48V (nominal). Current input via Hall sensors with 5V output. Accuracy: voltage/current Class 0.5, power Class 1.0. Resolution: 0.01V, 0.01A, 0.01kW, 0.01kWh.
Digital Inputs6 channels: 2 active wet contact inputs (AC 220V) for mains/generator status, and 4 passive dry contact inputs for breaker or equipment status monitoring.
Relay Outputs2 channels of normally open relay contacts. Contact capacity: AC 250V/3A or DC 30V/3A. Supports remote control and alarm output modes.
Temperature & Humidity Monitoring4 NTC temperature sensors, range -20~100℃ (±2℃). One温湿度 sensor measures ambient temperature (-20~100℃, ±2℃) and humidity (20-90%RH, ±5%RH).
Hall Sensor Power SupplyProvides ±12V DC output to power up to 12 Hall current sensors. Eliminates need for external power supplies for sensors.
Mains MonitoringOne channel AC input detection (DC 0-5V) for monitoring mains power status. Configurable alarm thresholds.
Data StorageHistorical data storage: 60-minute interval (records), daily records, meter reading day records. Alarm history stores up to 500 events.
CommunicationRS485 interface with Modbus-RTU or YD/T 1363 (China Tower) protocol. Optional 4G or NB-IoT wireless communication for remote monitoring applications.
Alarm FunctionSupports DC over-voltage, under-voltage, primary power failure, module failure, AC input outage, and DI linkage alarms. Configurable thresholds and delays.
LCD Display Interface128×64 dot matrix LCD with backlight displays real-time electrical parameters per circuit, DI/DO status, temperature values, alarm information, and software version. On-site configuration via 4 buttons.

FAQ

What is the main difference between AMC200L-12DE and AMC200-12DE?

The AMC200L-12DE features an integrated LCD display for local data viewing and configuration, while the AMC200-12DE has no display and relies on remote communication.

Can I view real-time data for all circuits on the LCD?

Yes, you can navigate through each circuit using the buttons to view voltage, current, power, energy, and other parameters.

How do I configure CT ratio or alarm thresholds?

Press the SET button, enter the password (default 0001), and navigate the menu to modify settings such as CT ratio, alarm thresholds, communication parameters, etc.

Does the LCD display alarm information?

Yes, the device shows real-time alarm status on the LCD, and you can view historical alarm records in the alarm information menu.

Can I view historical data directly on the LCD?

Yes, historical data such as 60-minute interval records and daily stored data can be browsed on the LCD.

What type of current sensors are required?

It requires Hall effect current sensors with 5V output, such as AHKC series. The device provides ±12V power for the sensors.

Is the backlight adjustable?

Yes, the backlight time can be set from 0 to 300 seconds. Setting to 0 keeps the backlight always on.
