FAQ
The AMC16L-DETT adds an LCD display and 5 operation buttons to the AMC16-DETT, enabling local viewing of real-time data and parameter setting without relying on host software.
After power-up, the LCD defaults to displaying the current status of 6 channels. Press the page key to switch between channels 1-6, and use the left/right keys to cycle through voltage, current, power, energy, total energy, AC mains, and time screens.
On the power-up screen, press the menu key, enter the default password “1” (use left/right keys to move cursor, page key to increase value), and press enter to access the menu setting interface for communication, time, energy, system, etc.
In the menu setting interface, enter the “System” submenu and select “Current Ratio”. CT1-CT6 correspond to channels 1-6. Use the page key to adjust the value (default 40, max 999) and press enter to save.
First check if auxiliary power terminals 1 and 2 are connected to -48V DC with correct polarity. If power is normal, check if the Hall sensor load is causing insufficient supply—try disconnecting Hall sensors and restarting the module.
Summary
The AMC16L-DETT offers six independent DC metering channels, high accuracy, and standard RS485 communication, solving energy allocation challenges in multi-operator base stations. The built-in LCD enables local viewing and configuration, while integrated Hall sensor power simplifies wiring. With 2MB storage for historical data, it provides reliable support for energy saving and digital management.
